What is a smile makeover?
A smile makeover is a personalised plan that combines treatments such as veneers, whitening, crowns, bonding, gum contouring and sometimes orthodontics to improve the whole smile. At Gangnam One Day Dental Clinic, the plan is designed with Digital Smile Design and sequenced so health issues come first, alignment next and final cosmetic work last.

Treatments a smile makeover can combine
No two makeovers are the same. The plan picks treatments for each concern: colour, shape, alignment, gum line or missing and damaged teeth.
Gangnam One Day Dental Clinic has 13 dentists across five departments, including prosthodontics, periodontics and orthodontics, so different parts of a plan can be handled within one clinic.
- Dental veneers for colour, shape and proportion
- Teeth whitening for natural teeth
- Dental crowns for weakened or heavily filled teeth
- Dental bonding for small chips and gaps
- Gum contouring for an uneven gum line
- Orthodontics when teeth are crowded or protruding
Why the order of treatment matters
A stable result depends on sequence. Decay and gum disease are treated first. If teeth are crowded, aligning them with Invisalign or other orthodontics often means fewer or thinner veneers later.
Whitening comes before any veneers or crowns, because restorations are colour-matched to your natural teeth and do not whiten afterwards. Gum contouring is done before final restorations so their edges sit at the new gum line.
- 1. Health: fillings, gum treatment
- 2. Alignment: orthodontics if needed
- 3. Colour: whitening
- 4. Gums: contouring
- 5. Shape: veneers, crowns or bonding
